Melissa Mickelson is a pop-country singer who released a new single, Hold On” not too long ago, and her debut self-entitled EP is currently available for download.

Raised in an Air Force family, Melissa developed her love for country music moving from base to base across Oklahoma and Texas. Her quirky, lovable personality along with her unique blend of country and blues has garnered her a growing and engaged fan base. Melissa has spent the past four years touring across the Pacific Northwest at hundreds of shows. This year, Melissa is honored to be sharing the stage with Joe Nichols, Trent Harmon, Bailey Bryan, Runaway June and Ned LeDoux.

Music aside, Melissa is also an activist for both the female empowerment and body-positivity movements. Melissa uses her social platforms to tell women that they are beautiful no matter their differences in size, age or race. She often sheds light on the importance of hard work and determination, and encourages female’s to take charge and be their own boss. Melissa has proven to be a role model for other young women. With her new song “Hold On” and more touring on the horizon, Melissa is kickin’ up dust and charging full force onto the dirt roads of the country music scene.
