Young Dolph @ Gas Monkey Live in Dallas, TX

Review & Photography by Juan Badillo

Young Dolph hits his return to Dallas, TX at Gas Monkey Live to perform his latest album Role Model. I was a huge fan of the album so I was super stoked to finally see him perform it for us. Dolph hit the stage with an amazing visual on the stage screen as it showed videos of his childhood. The screen then split horizontally and out he came performing “Black Queen”. The song talks about his mom and his rise as an artist.

The scene was spectacular to witness as the crowd lit their phones up while singing a cappella. Later throughput his performance he performed his hit single “Get Paid”. Everyone was singing along and as the chorus came on he made it rain with money and the crowd went absolutely crazy. It was an amazing night and hope to see him again soon.
