Arthur Moon and Vérité @ House of Blues in Houston, TX

On March 6, Arthur Moon and Vérité swayed through The Bronze Peacock at House of Blues with The New Skin Tour. After a night of brilliant antics, it’d be hard to find a person in the crowd who wasn’t a fan of both performances.
Arthur Moon opened up the evening at 8PM. They played to a room at about half capacity. Kicking things off with immediate energy. The stage presence was as delicate as it was compelling. Yet, for all the simplicity, the passion and the sound didn’t suffer a bit.
Vérité had the daunting task of coming after one delightful performance. Just as she took the stage, it was clear that she would push the house speakers to their limit. With extremely electronics powering through the venue, she used a force to be reckoned with to get the crowd dancing. Powerhouse singer emanated great passion as she sang the notes to “Death of Me”, “Nothing”, “body in my bed”, and “medicine.” Clearly doing everything in her power to give the fans in attendance her all, and not your typical cookie-cutter performance from others.
The New Skin Tour was a blast. If you have the chance to catch this tour before it’s over. Don’t miss it. If you can’t see this particular tour, find another way to see Arthur Moon and Vérité. They’ll absolutely sweep you off your feet!
